Check-in & check-out

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. In the event of an unauthorized late check-out, an additional night may be charged.
A valid form of identification (passport or national identity card) is required. A credit card in the same name may also be requested for security deposit authorization.
Yes, a security deposit or preauthorization on your credit card may be required upon arrival to cover any services used on site.

Prices & Cancellation

Reservations can be made directly online via the official website https://hotelmaat.com. You will need to select your room, enter your details, and accept the terms and conditions. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment has been made and you have received a confirmation email.

It depends on the rate selected at the time of booking:

  • Flexible Rate – 21 days: free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival. 50% of the amount due if you cancel within 21 days prior to arrival. In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

  • Non-Refundable Rate: no refunds possible. The total amount is charged at the time of booking.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. It is available as an option at a cost of €10 per person per day. You can add it when you make your reservation or request it at reception during your stay.
It varies depending on the fare selected (Flexible or Non-Refundable). The conditions are specified at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.
Yes. The Customer must be of legal age and have full legal capacity to make a reservation. They agree to make reservations for their personal use only.
It amounts to €3.25 per person per night, in accordance with municipal regulations, and is payable on site during your stay.
